About fundcraft fundcraft is a digital-native fund operations provider, headquartered in Luxembourg, with a mission to transform how alternative investment funds are launched and managed. Our product combines technology, regulatory expertise, and operational excellence to streamline fund management via our proprietary platform automating end-to-end processes and optimizing the full investment lifecycle of our clients. Having successfully built our presence in Luxembourg as a licensed AIFM and central administrator, we are now expanding into the French market. Our objective is to provide alternative asset managers and distributors with a modern, fully digital, and regulation-compliant solution for managing alternative investment funds (AIFs) — including venture capital, private equity (FPCI, FCPR), private debt, and fund of funds — while offering the same quality of governance and risk oversight that we deliver in Luxembourg.
