To learn more about who we are visit https://www.castlemain.com/ As a Specialist, Class Action Communications you will report to the Senior Manager/Director Class Action Advisory and Communications and manage settlement social media channels, create and execute content, monitor online engagement, and provide timely, trauma-informed, culturally safe information to ensure Class Members receive clear and accurate guidance. You also support broader communications efforts, including web and email content, internal updates, webinars, and information sessions across various settlement projects.
