Position Summary As Behavior Technician you will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) by implementing behavior support plans, skill development programs, and communication strategies that promote positive behaviors, independence, and successful participation in work and community environments. You will be responsible for direct observation, data collection, implementation of behavioral interventions, and staff coaching to ensure consistency and quality across MVLE programs. Key Responsibilities: Training & Support: - Provide behavioral support, coaching, and supervision to 100% of individuals with disabilities on caseload within center-based and community settings. - Implement 100% of individualized behavior support and skill-building plans in coordination with the Program Manager, Compliance. - Train and support direct service staff in implementing behavior plans and using positive behavior support strategies (including MANDT techniques), with 90% staff trained exhibiting competency in behavior plan implantation. - Provide crisis intervention and immediate behavioral support as needed, with 100% compliance with crises intervention protocols an...
