Production Manager: Responsibilities: - Manage the daily production activities of a manufacturing department(s). - Assist the Plant Manager with setting goals and direction for production operations. - Direct, coordinate, and supervise employees to ensure that safe work practices are adhered to and production schedules, quality standards, housekeeping standards, maintenance and cost goals are met. - Provide leadership, direction, and training for departmental supervisors and employees. - Work with Manufacturing Engineering group to develop recommendations for capital projects and manufacturing expenses for annual operating budget.
