About Team PICO is the XR (Extended Reality) department of Bytedance. Founded in March 2015, PICO is a leading XR company with independent innovation and R&D capabilities, focusing on the XR all-in-one technology. PICO is committed to offering immersive and interactive XR experiences to our customers, including providing tailor-made solutions for our enterprise clients in the fields of education and healthcare. Responsibilities: The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $101120 - $255600 annually. - Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive U.S. Public Relations and KOL strategy to boost Pico’s brand authority in the XR (Extended Reality) market. - Relationship Management: Proactively build and maintain a "gold-standard" network of tech journalists, industry analysts, and influential VR/AR content creators. - Content Creation: Draft high-impact press releases, thought-leadership pieces for executives, and creative briefs for influencer collaborations. - Crisis & Reputation Management: Serve as the first line of defense in managing public sentiment; develop rapid-response protocols for hardware launches or software bugs. - Performance Analytics: Mon...
