QA/QC Superintendent

Job description

The QA/QC Superintendent is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and execution of quality assurance and quality control programs across mining and industrial construction projects. This role ensures all construction activities meet project specifications, regulatory requirements, and company quality standards, while supporting safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery. Responsibilities: The QA/QC Superintendent will be responsible for the following functions: Quality Leadership: - Lead the implementation and execution of the project QA/QC program - Establish and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and quality procedures - Drive a culture of quality and right-first-time execution across all crews Field Oversight: - Provide daily direction to QA/QC inspectors and field quality personnel - Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications - Coordinate and witness inspections, testing, and turnover activities Inspection & Verification: - Ensure all inspections and testing are completed as per project requirements - Review and approve field inspection reports and test results - Interface with third-party inspectors a...
