Job description

Job Description: The Production Supervisor will plan production operations, establish priorities and sequence for manufacturing products. They will utilize knowledge of production processes, machine and plant capability, and HR requirements to achieve On Time Delivery and Build To Schedule. This position will also review production orders to determine types, quantities, variations, specifications and proposed delivery of products. Will also be responsible for reviewing team member hours and materials needed to complete assignments. Responsibilities: Develops measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality. Implements changes in working conditions and use of equipment and tools that improve work flow, efficiency, and Team Member safety. Coordinates production requirements with material handling and other functions. Interprets specifications, and orders such as engineering change notices to Team Members, makes and participates in assignments, and conducts inspections of work.
