Opportunity Summary: The eLearning & Video Content Specialist is responsible for producing and maintaining high-quality learning content based on curriculum plans designed by the Customer Education Team Lead. This role focuses on transforming written documentation into engaging, polished training assets, including videos, presentations, and eLearning courses, that help customers successfully adopt and use our software. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow skills in multimedia content creation, instructional design, and customer education.
