Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hrs /week Pay: $26.63/hr: As a Staffing Coordinator at Recovery Centers of America (RCA), you’ll play a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and fiscally responsible staffing across the facility. In this role, you will collaborate closely with nursing leadership, department managers, Human Resources, and executive leadership to develop and manage staff schedules, monitor overtime, and adjust staffing levels in alignment with patient census and budget guidelines. Your ability to balance operational needs with employee engagement will directly support quality patient care and organizational performance. What You’ll Do: As a Staffing Coordinator at RCA , you will: - Create and maintain schedules for all non-exempt employees in ShiftHound , ensuring timely and accurate entry, including new hires following orientation. - Collaborate with department directors, nursing leadership, and supervisors to ensure appropriate daily staffing levels based on patient census and the approved staffing grid. - Monitor and manage overtime, incremental time, PTO requests, and call-outs to ensure staffing remains within budget guidelines. - Complete and analyze da...
