Main Responsibilities: As a Shift Operative Leader , reporting to the Production Unit Manager, you will manage various activities in the areas of Production and Human Resources management . In particular, you will support the execution of the production , coordinating the line team in operational activities and ensuring the presence and the optimization of production factors on the shift (materials, methods, labour and machinery). In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation and start-up of the lines in your area, as well as their interruption, slowdown or breakdown in cooperation with the Maintenance team.
