Job Title: Patient Representative Department: PPM EJ Noble Location: 80 East Main St. Canton, NY 13617 Hours Per Week: 40 Schedule: Monday - Friday; Rotating Hours: 7a-330p or 730-4p or 8-430p or 830-5p SUMMARY: Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) modules and other office equipment to perform all clerical tasks in an efficient and timely manner. Works in collaboration with physicians (MD, DO), Physician Assistants (PA), Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM), and Nurse Practitioner (NP). RESPONSIBILITIES: Patient Care Support & Communication : Assist providers by supporting patient encounters, ensuring accurate documentation in EMRs, and maintaining open communication with the care team, patients, and caregivers. Administrative & Scheduling Duties : Manage clerical tasks such as scheduling, referrals, phone communication, record preparation, and collection of payments. Help maintain efficient patient schedules and support billing and insurance inquiries. Compliance & Quality Assurance : Ensure adherence to organizational policies, healthcare regulations, and DNV accreditation standards.
