What’s the role?: The role sits in Transaction Banking Technology, providing end-to-end technology services and delivery in Deposits, Cards and Card Payments, and the origination and servicing of deposit accounts. This includes a complex technology estate spanning core banking platforms, payments processing, channels and downstream servicing capabilities. As Program Director, you will lead delivery of a portfolio of strategic change initiatives within the Group’s UNITE transformation program—an enterprise-wide, multi-year business and technology simplification agenda. You will be accountable for end-to-end execution of a Debit Cards transformation program and provide portfolio leadership across Transaction Banking, ensuring disciplined delivery, strong governance, and measurable outcomes that reduce complexity, improve customer and colleague experience, and strengthen resilience.
