Schedule Full Time: 80 Hours/Biweekly: Hours: 11:00pm - 7:00am: Every Other Weekend and Holiday, Required General Summary: Supervises, monitors and provides protection and security for WellSpan Health System buildings and premises and for employees, patients and visitors. Duties and Responsibilities: - Supervises, schedules, and monitors security activities in assigned areas to ensure secure and safe conditions for employees, patients, and visitors, and to protect System buildings, assets, and premises; inspects work performance/assignments, and recommends improvements in work methods. - Responds to emergency situations such as accidents and injuries, crimes in progress and safety hazards. Provides assistance, summons proper authorities and polices area to maintain order, safety and to protect property. Employs all necessary equipment to include RPE (Respiration Protective Equipment) during situations that are deemed a disaster for personal protection. - Conducts investigations and prepares incident reports and collaborates with local, state, or national agencies relative to safety and/or security investigations. - Collaborates with local, state, and national agencies relative to h...
