The Resident Assistant (Caregiver or Nursing Assistant) is responsible for providing personal care and delegated health-related services designed to maintain the resident’s physical and emotional well-being. This position is responsible for following the service schedule for each resident and correctly documents services provided. About Us: Ecumen of Litchfield is hiring a Resident Assistant. Ecumen of Litchfield consists of 56 assisted living apartments and 14 additional residences for seniors requiring memory care. Ecumen also offers independent living, adult day services, hospice, and homecare all within the Litchfield, MN area.
