Qualifications: Education: Active CMT certification required. Experience: Minimum of two (2) years supervised experience in a health care setting, working as a Certified Medical Technician preferred. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Knowledge of health care practices such as monitoring vital signs, and physical health indicators. - Knowledge of safe infection control practices. - Knowledge of correct record keeping according to agency and regulatory guidelines. - Ability to work with clients to gain confidence and cooperation. - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, staff, outside health care providers and agencies, institutions and the general publ...
