Location Address: 600 Vista Drive, Sparta, Tennessee 38583 Work Shift: Salary Exempt (United States of America) The Assistant Plant Manager – AHC will support the Sparta Plant Manager. This role is accountable for leading the daily operations in Sparta’s multi-building manufacturing facility. The leader in this role will also be responsible for developing, communicating and deploying effective production manufacturing strategies and processes that enable achievement of safety, financial, production, and employment goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing management within the plastics industry, with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. 1. Operational Support: o Assist the Plant Manager in planning, organizing, and overseeing the multi-building manufacturing processes. o Ensure production targets are met in terms of quality, quantity, and cost. o Identify, develop and implement production metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement. o Obtain updates from managers on plant machinery and ensuring any approved repairs and upgrades are being executed in a thorough and timely manner. 2.
