Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious CNC/Router Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating and maintaining CNC machinery to produce high-quality parts that meet customer specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine operations, basic blueprint reading, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards. A Day In The Life: The CNC Machine Operator will work in an environment that may include exposure to dust, noise, moving air, vibration, temperature extremes, humidity, and moving machinery. Proper safety protocols must be followed at all times. Required tools and personal protective equipment (PPE) includes but is not limited to: rubber, metal, and plastic scrapers, hand tools, a pneumatic air drill, rubber mallet, rags, gloves and/or arm protectors, plastic apron, spray paint, hammer, drain carts, plywood, measuring devices, and brooms.
