Your day-to-day might include: Team Management: Leading and coaching a team of SEOs, helping them achieve their personal and professional goals. Overseeing campaign performance by using tools like HubSpot and Monday to manage workloads, billable hours, and quality of output. Conducting performance reviews and creating development plans to promote succession planning and team growth.
