Position Title IT Financial Analyst Broadmoor Campus: Position Summary / Career Interest: IT Financial Analyst is responsible for various processes of HITS Finance area, including invoice validation and processing, month-end capital and operational financial reporting, reconciliation of invoices with Purchase Orders (PO), research into missing payments and other essential functions to ensure accurate and timely execution of HITS Finance processes and procedures Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions: - Taking the lead on reviewing, verifying and processing HITS vendor invoices, including confirming invoice validity and accuracy with HITS management, obtaining proper approvals as well forwarding invoices to the appropriate areas for payment. Researching missing invoices, following up with Accounting and AP on payments, interfacing with the KUMC financial areas to ensure that all payments are being coded and processed appropriately and in a timely manner. - Auditing request for reimbursements to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
