Job Summary: Reporting to the Senior Director of IT Risk, the Director of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) will be responsible for ensuring the organization can withstand and recover from various business disruptions. This position will oversee the business continuity program development and partner closely with IT on disaster recovery. The Director will coordinate with various corporate and affiliate stakeholders to integrate continuity plans with risk assessments and incident response, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and readiness of critical IT systems.
