Team Lead / Cloud Solution Architect (AWS)

Job description

Summary We’re looking for a technical team leader who combines people leadership with hands-on architecture work in AWS. Job description: 👉 We offer work agreement on the territory of Poland. 👉 We offer hybrid work - 12 days of home office monthly. You’ll lead a team of 7 engineers working on an ingestion gateway for the ESET XDR platform — a system processing large volumes of security data for enterprise customers. This is not a pure management role — you’re expected to stay close to the technology, shape architecture decisions, and actively help the team solve technical challenges. Expected split: ~70% technical / 30% leadership. The team is primarily based in Kraków (Poland), with members in Brno (Czechia), and collaborates with HQ in Bratislava (Slovakia).
