Job DetailsJob Location: Denver Christian - Lakewood, CO 80235Salary Range: $17.32 - $21.27 HourlyDEPARTMENT: Extend REPORTS TO: Director of Extend Learning Services COORDINATES WITH: Assistant Director and Extend Teachers WORK HOURS: M-F 7:45 - 3:45: POSITION SUMMARY: As an Extend Educational Assistant (EA), you will provide support to students with identified learning needs and Accommodation Plans under the direct supervision of the Director of Extend, working closely with the Extend Teachers. In this role, you will support students with established accommodation plans to promote student progress and foster an inclusive learning environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Implement accommodations under the direction of the Extend teacher. Provide one-on-one and/or small group instructional support in academic, social, and behavioral skills. Monitor and document intervention progress. Assist the Extend Teacher in the preparation of materials. Assist identified students in accessing classroom instruction, assignments, and assessments.
