Fourvenues The VP of Operations is a key position to drive the company’s Operational Engine. The right candidate must be able to design the operational strategy, oversee its execution, and provide the leadership and coaching for the team to consistently deliver outstanding results. Your mission: Operational Ownership: Own and scale all operational areas across the company: - Post-sales operations & support optimisation - Implementations ( festivals, POS, phased rollouts) - Data & Business Intelligence - Procurement (internal & hardware resale) - Finance operations (KPIs, margins, cost control) - Tech integrations - Internal operations - Act as the main owner of end-to-end operational performance. Process, KPIs & Data: - Design, implement and own company-wide operational KPIs. - Ensure reliable, timely and actionable data for decision-making. - Work closely with the Data team to build scalable reporting models. - Identify inefficiencies, misalignments and bottlenecks across teams and countries.
