Across digital and technology transformation, operating model redesign, data‑led change and large‑scale organisational programmes, Gate One helps clients navigate change in a way that is practical, people‑centred and embedded - not theoretical or detached from delivery. As our work continues to grow, we are looking to appoint a Manager with a specialism in Change Management to lead complex, cross‑capability change engagements and help further build the people, culture and change capability. The opportunity: As a Manager at Gate One, you will play a senior leadership role on transformation programmes where change is critical to success. You will be responsible for shaping and delivering change approaches that are tightly integrated with broader delivery - ensuring that digital, data and operating model changes are adopted, sustained and embedded within organisations. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, lead teams, and help clients navigate complexity, ambiguity and transformation fatigue.
