About the role: We are seeking an experienced Gold Room Operator to join the processing team at the Mt Carlton Gold Mine as the site transitions into steady-state operations. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with previous gold room and processing experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment. You will be actively involved in day-to-day gold room activities including smelting, furnace operations and monitoring recovery processes. You will work closely with Processing Operators, Metallurgists, and Laboratory personnel to support plant performance, optimise gold recoveries, and ensure operational targets are achieved.
