Job Description The Fashion Designer is responsible for delivering creative projects that are consistent with the Brand Identity, through the following proposals: Conceptual inspiration, color trends, material proposals, silhouettes, details. He/she shares his/her choices with the Head of Design, PM and Collection Coordinator. The core responsibilities of the role are: - Conveying his/her own stylistic direction effectively to creative staff, as well as to the company departments that are closely related to style. (Fabrics, Modellers, Technicians, Graphic Designers) - Bringing innovation every season, making a creative and original contribution. Qualifications: - Creates creative projects consistent with the Briefs received from the collection coordinator, respecting the identity of the Brand and the project timing - Transfers its aesthetic vision in terms of materials and accessories to the coordinator and her staff and shares their choices - He transfers his stylistic direction clearly to the creative staff and also to corporate departments closely related to style.
