Westhaven, a senior care community managed by Cassia, is hiring an RN Assisted Living Director of Nursing to join our dedicated care team in Boone, IA. As the RN Assisted Living Director of Nursing, you will oversee and evaluate the clinical program while demonstrating strong financial stewardship and responsible resource management. This role requires a minimum of three years of supervisory experience , along with strong leadership, communication, and clinical expertise to ensure high-quality care and operational excellence.
