Senior Contract Manager Location: South Wales: Salary: Competitive: Contract Type: Full time, permanent (or equivalent) Typical Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday (or equivalent) The Senior Contract Manager will take full ownership of the project lifecycle, with a strong focus on client engagement and building lasting client relationships. You will ensure all projects comply with health, safety, and environmental standards while maintaining financial control and delivering within budget. The role requires an innovative mindset to drive continuous improvement across project works. You will lead a team of contract managers and planners, ensuring high-quality delivery, proactively managing challenges, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. Build and maintain client relationships, manage complex issues, and support business growth.
