Summary: Mechanical Packaging Service Representative is responsible for safely maintaining, repairing, replacing and modifying all company-owned and customer-owned packaging machinery with optimal quality and efficiency Position Requirements and Demands: - Able & willing to travel to 3-4 months at a time (MI, TN, NJ, NY, NC, SC, GA, FL, TX, and Mexico) - Able to work weekends and holidays; common to work Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays during produce season - Ability to walk, stand on concrete and uneven surfaces for 8-12 hours/day - Must have very effective organizational and communication skills. - Previous mechanical service experience, 2-4 years preferred - Positive Attitude - Professional Appearance - Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment - Must have a valid driver license and passport - Must have a driving record in good standing Position Responsibilities: - Repair and maintain company & customer owned packaging machinery such as: case erectors, trayformers, bliss machines, cornerpost machines, case sealers, stitchers - Diagnose machine problems and order necessary parts through operations manager - Develop regular preventative maintenance schedule to ensur...
