The New Products Introduction (NPI) team is responsible for the development, validation and commercial introduction for Cretex Medical. The NPI team will work on developing solutions to bring complex medical device components, assemblies and devices to the market for our customers. Position Summary: The NPI Plastics Process Engineer will be responsible for the development and execution of all key technical molding operations including the establishment of process parameters, support of validation activities, and troubleshooting issues in an injection molding manufacturing facility.
