What You Can Expect As the Health and Safety Advisor you will assist in the development and implementation of a Health and Safety (H&S) Management System that encompass standards of excellence, programs, policies, procedures, and processes for ENGIE’s Global Business Unit (GBU) Renewable & Flex Power North America. Your focus will be on supporting the Business Unit’s project development, construction, and operational activities. You will be responsible for partnering with all staff to influence an organizational culture that leads to an injury-free working environment. - Supports development and evolution of a H&S strategic plan in collaboration with executive leadership and H&S staff throughout ENGIE North America. The plan must address working environments in Renewables, Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) construction, operational and Green Hydrogen sites - Support HSE database management and provides required monthly statistical reports to GBU Renewable & Flex Power North America corporate.
