We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Technical Works Manager to optimize fleet intervention projects. In this role, you will ensure that schedules align with production priorities and are executed seamlessly. Within DEME’s Fleet Interventions Team, we organize and execute all vessel maintenance, repairs and dry dockings — from medium-sized interventions to large, complex projects that are prepared up to nine months in advance. As Technical Works Manager, you play a crucial role between a.o. Technical Engineering, Vessel Management and execution teams. Once it is known when a vessel will enter dry dock or undergo repairs, you take the lead in translating technically prepared work packages into feasible, detailed and executable planning and schedules.
