About the Role We are seeking motivated and skilled Alpine Coaches to support the delivery of our Alpine Ski Racing Program. This role focuses on day-to-day athlete coaching, training execution, and competition support, working closely with the Alpine Head Coach to ensure consistent, high-quality program delivery. This position is ideal for coaches who are passionate about athlete development, enjoy working in a team environment, and are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and performance-driven culture. Key Responsibilities: Athlete Development & Coaching: Deliver on-snow training sessions in alignment with program objectives and LTAD principles. Provide technical coaching, feedback, and skill progression support to athletes. Assist with video analysis and performance feedback where appropriate. Ensure athlete safety and well-being during all training activities. Training & Competition Support: Support athlete preparation for competitions, including warm-ups, course inspection, and race-day coaching.
