“The CNA - CSR performs various patient care activities and related nonprofessional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients. The CNA - CSR assists with patient cleaning, feeding, and preparation for treatment, takes and records vital signs, changes bed linen, prepares treatment trays and other supplies, and assists nursing service personnel with a variety of other patient care duties. The CNA - CSR assists the clinical staff by performing a variety of clerical tasks that ensure the efficiency of the unit and provide outstanding customer service to our patients and visitors. Relies on established guidelines to accomplish tasks. Works under close supervision.” - Patient Care & Patient Medical Record - Consistently completes all duties scheduled during the workday without interference to the quality of care given to the patient including but not limited to: AM, PM care, repositioning, ambulation, Meal preparation/feeds patients, Vital signs, weights, Collection of specimens, Enemas, application of comfort devices. - Assist with admission and discharge of patients including clerical aspect of tasks. - Demonstrates accuracy in transcribing orders whic...
