TITLE: Budget & Finance Manager, Merrilee Alexander Kick College of Business and Entrepreneurship JOB SUMMARY: The Budget & Finance Manager, will play a critical role in the financial operations of the Merrilee Alexander Kick College of Business and Entrepreneurship. This position is responsible for analyzing budgetary data, forecasting financial trends, identifying variances, and providing clear, actionable insights to support strategic decision-making within the College. The role also includes monitoring budget-to-actual performance, preparing financial reports, and offering support and training to departments on budget-related processes. This position requires the ability to interpret organizational policies, procedures, and financial guidelines to provide accurate and effective guidance. The Manager will work closely with the Dean and College leadership to ensure financial integrity and efficiency. Performance is evaluated based on the successful completion of assignments and the impact of financial recommendations.
