Description Come join Psychiatric Medical Care's adolescent behavioral health outpatient program, Embrace U. Embrace U is a combined IOP and PHP treating patients ages 10-18. Location : Brentwood, TN- Onsite: Salary : $55,000-$60,000 dependent upon licensure Patient Population: Adolescents ages 10-18: Schedule: Mon-Fri 10am-6pm during the school year, 8am-4:30pm during the summer Job purpose: 3Cs: A. Community: Become a wonderful addition to your local community. - The adolescent care coordinator provides quality administrative and clerical services for program staff and assists Embrace U clients with care needs. They also serve as back up coverage to other Embrace U staff.
