KWS is a leading international plant breeding company dedicated to improving crop yield, resilience, and sustainability. To further develop our Oilseed Rape (OSR) breeding program, we are seeking a motivated and well-organized Assistant Breeder (m/w/d) to contribute to the planning, coordination, and evaluation of multi-location breeding trials. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient trial execution, high-quality phenotypic data generation, and smooth collaboration across breeding services, breeding technologies, and operational teams. This position is to be filled on a permanent basis, full-time and located in Einbeck (Lower-Saxony). Your Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and execute yield and nursery trials, including sowing and harvesting activities using KWS’ in-house software. - Design and continuously optimize the internal yield trials testing network based on phenotypic data quality, predictive performance, and official trial requirements. - Ensure timely, complete, and error-free collection, upload, and analysis of phenotypic data across multiple trial locations and environments. - Conduct preliminary data analyses to support rapid decision-making, seasona...
