Job Summary The Senior Analyst, Contract Compliance is responsible for monitoring and understanding commercial contracting strategies in the Medical Surgical and Devices market(s). The analyst is responsible for ensuring adherence to contractual commitments across GPOs, IDNs, and key customer agreements within the Fresenius Kabi IV Therapy portfolio. This role ensures compliance with customer contracts, optimizes contract performance, and collaborates with cross functional teams to drive business success. The primary responsibilities for this role include collaborating with field sales teams to drive business growth and ensure successful outcomes aligning with Fresenius Kabi’s commercial strategies. This role plays a critical part in monitoring, measuring, and reporting on customer obligations, including tiered pricing compliance, volume thresholds, and rebate eligibility. The analyst will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, Contract Operations, and Master Data teams to ensure contract performance aligns with business objectives and regulatory standards.
