Job Description: Clinical Provider Supervisor Full-Time | Monday–Friday | In-Person: Location: Quincy, IL Position Overview: The Clinical Provider Supervisor provides clinical leadership, supervision, and mentorship to a team of Clinical Providers while maintaining a limited caseload to support ongoing clinical engagement. This newly created, full‑time leadership role supports the continued expansion of Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) services. The Clinical Provider Supervisor is expected to carry a small, manageable caseload that allows for direct service delivery while prioritizing supervisory, leadership, and programmatic responsibilities. This position is ideal for a fully licensed clinician who is passionate about leading others, strengthening clinical quality, and advancing person‑centered, recovery‑oriented care.
