Job Family: Program Management Travel Required: Up to 10% Clearance Required: Ability to Obtain Public Trust What You Will Do: Manage end-to-end submission, review, tracking, and lifecycle management of Security and PIV requests across two government agencies. Maintain request documentation, validate completeness/accuracy, and reconcile submissions against internal and Federal asset management tracking systems at least quarterly to ensure alignment. Develop and deliver status reports, metrics, and discrepancy findings to internal leadership and Government stakeholders, recommending corrective actions as needed. Work to ensure timely provisioning of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) for staff by coordinating requests, approvals, onboarding timelines, and delivery logistics with internal teams and Government points of contact. Track equipment needs and fulfillment status, communicate expected turnaround times, and proactively identify and escalate delays or blockers to maintain staff readiness.
