Job description
As a member of the Enterprise Reporting and Business Intelligence team, you will serve as a strategic bridge between data engineering and business end-users. You will play an end-to-end role in developing intuitive and interactive dashboards to empower GLG stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions. This position requires a proactive mindset to anticipate data gaps and needs as well as the ability to act as a connecting force within and across global teams. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Stakeholder Partnership: Develop a deep understanding of commercial, operational, and people data. Partner with key stakeholders to proactively anticipate data gaps and translate business questions into high-impact reporting and insights. - Solution Engineering & Optimization : Master the existing suite of enterprise dashboards to drive adoption and cohesion. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing assets versus building net-new solutions to ensure a streamlined user experience. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with partners in Advanced Analytics, Product, Finance, Engineering, and Commercial Operations.
