Description Summary: The Staff Accountant is responsible for supporting the full-cycle accounting process across multiple entities. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close, and delivering timely financial reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and eager to grow within a dynamic accounting environment. This is a hybrid position in our Bedford, NH office. Candidates will be asked to provide three professional references in the final stages of the interview process. Responsibilities: - Manage AP automation system, including reviewing, approving, and coding invoices for processing - Oversee corporate credit cards, including downloading transactions from bank portal, GL coding, and posting to the accounting system - Support month-end and year-end close processes, including accrual entries and maintenance of depreciation and amortization schedules - Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly to ensure accuracy and integrity of the general ledger - Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements - Perform monthly P&L variance analysis against budget and...
