Production Line Lead

Job Summary: The Production Line Lead is a hands‑on operator lead responsible for supporting and guiding operators on an assigned pack or module production line. This role performs and supports assembly, debugging, and verification of modules and battery pack systems, while providing daily coaching, communication, and feedback. The Production Line Lead plays a key role in problem‑solving, continuous improvement, and new product launches. Responsibilities: - Assemble products to customer requirements and company goals while providing hands‑on guidance, support, and coaching to operators on the assigned pack or module line to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient assembly. - Perform collection of downtime and production records for Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). - Assign operators to workstations with rotation during shift, coordinating resources through effective communication and collaboration to support workload balance, cross‑training, and team effectiveness. - Lead inventory of manufacturing area. - Reports production problems to Production Team Leads, supporting issue investigation through basic troubleshooting, and clear communication of facts and recommendations. - Per...
