Vice President, Lead Program Manager – Technology, Data and Product Talent Strategy

This role is part of our Technology, Data and Product (TDP) Talent Segment team which is in our Human Resource’s Talent & Employee Experience organization. The Strategy and Transformation team you will join partners across the Technology, Data and Product team, as well as with firmwide product and employee experience teams to design transformative solutions and drive change that will fulfil business aspirations and elevate the employee experience. As a VP Lead Program Manager – Technology, Data and Product Talent Strategy within our team, you are responsible for the comprehensive talent strategy to attract, retain and develop employees in the rapidly evolving functions of Global Technology, Data & AI, and Product Management (approximately 83,000 employees).
