Analyst, Trade Area Management Job Purpose: This role will be responsible for executing polygon (map) creation, change management, research, and other various activities related to major company initiatives, including Retail Delivery, Catering Delivery, and new projects as needed. This person will provide ongoing support to various internal support teams and the entire Retail Ops organization who need Trade Area Management support, insight, and general information. Additionally, the role will be responsible for managing two services/support functions tied to eCommerce & POS configuration, and Company Hierarchy configuration. Duties & Responsibilities: - Create and manage deliverable schedules to meet business needs related to Cafe Base Delivery and Catering trade area management elements. - Troubleshoot, communicate, and adjust schedules as issues arise and teams need to flex. - Coordinate with various internal cross functional teams to ensure delivery dates and deadlines for each task are on track. - Prioritize efforts against multiple deliverables and daily complexities. - Anticipate potential macro and micro business deliverable and functionality issues and proactively work to r...
