Clear Channel Outdoor Job Summary: The Director, Employee Relations oversees the policies, procedures, and programs of the Clear Channel Outdoors’ Employee Relations department, developing and improving programs related to employee effectiveness, accountability, engagement, and satisfaction. Job Responsibilities: Manages and resolves simple & complex employee relations issues including conducting investigations and allegations of discrimination and harassment. Assists leaders in understanding and implementing company policies related to performance, discipline, and related topics. Counsels employees on concerns related to applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws including Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and other similar federal and state laws. Develops and pursues new goals and objectives for improvement in areas of employee relations.
