Job-ID: 17224; Location(s): Toronto JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: The Lead Technical Trainer is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, customer education, and other engagements at a Viega Experience Center (VEC) In Toronto. This position encompasses oversight of training programs, facility management, tours, and events to ensure a seamless and impactful customer experience. Interacts with a variety of customers – including owners, engineers, contractors, distributors, installers, and trade students – to deliver tailored education and foster an engaging adult learning environment. JOB DESCRIPTION DETAILS: Responsibilities: - Conduct on-site tours and trainings for Viega customers and flex content and style appropriately to ensure training material is prepared and customized according to the target audience. - Facilitate training sessions utilizing hands on activities, learning displays, online job aides and PowerPoint presentations. - Manage customer relationships during and after training courses to ensure customer satisfaction. - Able to explain and demonstrate expert knowledge in all Viega systems and applications, articulate company services, and offer Viega solutions to cus...
