Job DetailsJob Location: Dallas-Corporate - Dallas, TX 75230Position Type: Full TimeJob Category: MarketingJob Title: Physician Recruiter Compensation: $70,000-80,000 base + performance based commission Job Summary: Under the direction of the Chief Marketing Officer, the Physician Recruiter plans, creates and coordinates strategic initiatives that support the sufficient long-term supply of high-quality Physicians for U.S. Dermatology Partners locations. This position supports the organization’s efforts to attract and retain great physicians, PA’s and Nurse Practitioners across all of current and future markets. Core responsibility includes developing a recruiting pipeline of physician prospects for the physician recruiting manager to hire. This position is responsible for producing a high volume of recruiting leads and contacts in order to find physicians that have potential to be a good fit for the organization and is accountable for the new hire results via quality of the developed pipeline.
