LEIDOS has an immediate need for a qualified Hardware Configuration Manager to support the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Information Technology Services (CITS) contract. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team responsible for providing an innovative and modernized IT life-cycle management system for USCENTCOM. This role is critical for providing robust configuration, change, and asset management services to maintain configuration standards, control changes, and meticulously track all IT equipment and hardware across the enterprise. We are seeking a proactive and meticulous champion for process improvement who excels at investigating and resolving discrepancies. This is not a role for a passive operator; we need a professional with a strong sense of ownership and an investigative mindset. The ideal candidate is a detective, driven to uncover the root cause of complex issues, tenaciously tracking them to resolution, and documenting every step.
