The Senior Loan Closing Specialist is responsible for all aspects of the loan closing process, including loan document preparation, reviewing title commitments, processing, and funding of church loans. This person will prepare, review, and verify all applicable loan documentation and required real estate due diligence items necessary for loan closings. This person will work closely with church staff, title companies, and attorneys with minimal oversight to ensure efficient and accurate loan closings. They will also provide guidance and support to other Loan Closing Specialists. This person must represent the organization well both internally and externally and is comfortable communicating with Loan Officers, Senior Pastors, Board members, attorneys, and title companies.
